We are looking for a 16-18 year old who is outdoorsy and wanting to learn a trade that will not only provide them with a great life skill but also a job which will give them pride in what they do. We do both hard landscaping and horticultural/soft landscaping as well as grounds maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be required to work for a minimum of 3 months (probation) to assess their suitability before embarking on a college (day release) apprenticeship in either horticultural or hard landscaping. They will be required to do assessments and homework to enable them to complete their apprenticeship but will be supported throughout their time by N&P Garden Services.
